These four clubs will allow members of the Western Nebraska Senior Golf to play without joining CNSGA.  
Circle that you are a member of the Western Group then mail the entry directly to the club.
Entries submited without the correct and complete Entry Form AND payment may be rejected or placed on a standby list.
